  • Max 38 years for Junior Technical Officer post(1 post reserved for OBC Candidates).
  • Max 35 years for Assistant Director, Assistant Director and Deputy Architect posts. 
  • Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: 

  • Candidates should have Master Degree OR M.Sc in relevant fields for Assistant Director, Assistant Director (S & R) post.
  • Degree OR Post Graduate diploma for Professor, Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology) post
  • Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engg for Assistant Professor post 
  • Degree OR Master Degree In law and should be member of a state Judicial Service for a period not less than 13 or 7 years for Additional Legal Adviser, Assistant, Assistant Legal Adviser.
  • Degree OR Master Degree for Superintending Officer post, Masters Degree in Hindi for Editor post
  • Degree for Deputy Architect post
  • BE OR B.Tech OR ME OR M.Tech and Ph.D, or equivalent for Professor of Information Technology and Professor of Civil Engineering posts.

  • No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates.
  • Pay Rs 25/- remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash OR by using net banking facility of the SBI OR you can also use visa/master credit/debit card if you don't have net banking.

This is the best opportunity for those who has age up to 30 years and having less than 60% in degree because IBPS changed age, qualification and computer knowledge criteria for the PO III Recruitment 2013.

Education Qualification:

Old Qualification: The minimum qualifciation was a graduation degree with at least 60% marks.

Changed Qualification: The candidates should have only graduation degree. (Note: No minimum 60% marks required)

Age Limit:

Old Age limit: The Age limit was 20 to 28 years.

Changed Age limit: Maximum age up to 30 years.

Changes in Computer Literacy:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Requirements: Must completed the Bachelors Degree from the university that is integrated by an Act of the Central or the State legislature in India.

The Union Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal announced that to fill up approximately 1.52 lakh vacancies this year 2013-14.While presenting Railways Budget for 2013-14 in Parliament , he mentioned that it is a measure of popularity of Railways as an employer that a staggering 2.2 crore applications were received. For the first time, Railways recruitment examinations were held at more than 60 cities across the country. In the process, a backlog of about 47,000 vacancies earmarked for weaker sections and physically challenged is likely to get cleared.

He also announced enhancement of the fund allocation under Railways staff quarters by 50% over the previous year to provide Rs 300 crore. While presenting the Railways Budget for 2013-14 in Parliament he mentioned that construction of staff quarters has been hampered by funding constraints. Encouraged by the success of Ministry of Urban Development in constructing staff quarters through PPP mode, his Ministry proposes to adopt the same in the Railways.

He announced the provision of hostel facilities for single women railway employees at all Divisional headquarters.
